Company Objectives

Our corporate objective is to preserve and enhance the value of real property by achieving the maximum return on investment through the application of professional management services consistent with an owners investment and operating objectives and its philosophies. Inherent in this objective is the formation of an owner-approved asset management plan designed to enhance tenant satisfaction, control costs, maximize cash flow and meet investment goals.

** Increasing property value through property maintenance and suggestions for improvements.

Alliance Management Group is fully aware of the great trust a property owner places with management company. We do not collect any compensation if your property is not rented, and you are not satisfied.

Leadership

Carol Randall, CCRM, was born in Memphis, Tennessee and attended the University of Arkansas and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln where she pursued a degree in Business.

After 10 years with other property management company, Carol became the property manager for Alliance Management Group in July 2001. In September 2002, Carol received her CCRM (California Certified Residential Manager) designation. This designation raises the bar of excellence and knowledge in this field.

Carol is very active within the city of Barstow. She has served on the board of the Barstow Area Chamber of Commerce and was the seated 2003 President. Carol is active in many committees including the Economic Development Committee, which works with the City of Barstow.

With the help of her dynamic staff, Carol continues to lead Alliance Management to become a top-notch property management firm.
